- Winter batting (November - March) is offered as an optional practice over the cold months of the year. Coaches are responsible for booking it for their desired day and time. Teams are selected after spring registration ends, so your coach might be different for winter batting than in the spring

- Expectations - show up to games and practices on time, communicate the availability of the player to the coach prior to games - this allows the coach to determine the lineup and player positions for the games. Let the coaches coach, have a positive attitude, practice at home between games and team practices, players are to behave respectfully in the dugouts, to their teammates, coaches, and opponents.
- Costs: Spring is usually varies by age group, in the past $90-$140, Fall and Winter is usually ~$45 to cover insurance cost if you didn’t play in spring. The league has financial assistance available if required, talk to a board member.
- Crossbar is used as the website/app for team communication
- Uniforms are provided as part of the Spring season cost of participation and uniforms are provided in the Spring season and expected to be used all year.
- Volunteer expectations and needs - The more people who offer to help the less burden it is on any one person for the organization. Any help to maintain the fields, concession stand, etc. is greatly appreciated.
- Concession stand - For home games it's expected that a parent from the home team runs the concession stand. Usually, we need someone to open it up and get things started and one or two parents to run it during the game and someone also needs to close it up.
