Clearances

Dear SAGSA Family,

We appreciate all the volunteers that help our organization thrive through the year. With that being said, laws have become more strict with clearances for coaches, parents and any volunteers. If you are thinking about being on the field or volunteering your time with our players, you will be required to obtain 2 clearances.

These backgrounds are free at this time, please don't hesitate. Once you have received your clearances, they MUST be turned in prior to, or during registration. Instructions on how to upload them during registration or separately to the website will be available in the near future. You can email them to a Board member, or bring paper copies to registration or a monthly meeting. This policy will be strictly enforced. Please be proactive and take care of this obligation at your earliest convenience.
